Eclipse Ratchet Action Pipe Cutting Gun

Introduction

Provides easy one-handed cutting of PVC, Polythene, MAP and Polyethylene pipe, HEP 20, Plastic overflow pipes and rubber hoses. Cuts pipe up to 42mm in diameter. Lightweight but strong aluminium head and handles. Carbon steel PTFE coated cutting blade for a smooth cutting blade for a smooth and clean cut. Pistol-type ratchet action allows for easier cutting in measured increments and avoids over exertion of pressure that could crush or fracture the pipe. Blade retracts automatically once the cut is completed. User tip: When working in cold conditions immerse plastic pipe in lukewarm water to make it less brittle and to reduce the risk of the pipe fracturing.
